Q1: When/Where was your company established?
Brilliant is a comprehensive industrial company, with one office headquarters,3 production plants, and one export office for international business and service.
1) Crystal components factory(Deity Crystal) was established in Pujiang, Zhejiang province in 1998.It mainly produces K9 crystal glass components.
2) Lighting factory(Brilliant Lighting) was established in Guzhen,Zhongshan,Guangdong in 2001.It mainly produces crystal lighting and home décor.
3) Hardware Lighting factory(HS-BRLIGHTING) was established in Henglan,Zhongshan,Guangdong in 2013. It mainly responsible for the lighting hardware and the surface dyeing process,as well as the manufacture of chandeliers and home décor.
4) Our export office was established in Guzhen in 2010,mainly responsible for export operations and international services.

Q3: What’s your company capacity?
With 3 factories of 15,000 square meters, warehouse of 3,000 square meters, and 150 workers, 30x40feet containers’ goods can be produced & shipped per month. Our 3 factories are small in scale, but producing high-quality products is our goal.
Q4: How many employees in your office and factory?
We have 40 employees in office and 150 workers in factories.They fully skilled in product design, engineering operating,sales and export operations.
Q5: Which country is your key market?
Our key markets include European, the United states, Australia, ect. Our main clients engaging in home design and sales of high-end Home Furnishing,have operated with us for over 15 years.
Q6: Do you have showroom? Where is it?
Yes, we have showroom covering an area of about 2000 square meters.You are warmly welcome to visit our showroom and check the quality of the 2000+ items in it in person.
Q7: Do you have social responsibility audit experience?
Yes,we have social responsibility audit experience.We can coordinate the audit to be carried out before cooperation or before delivery as required.
Q8: Do you have R&D team?
Yes,we have a R&D team consisting of 3 product designers and 5 product engineers.They have sharp sense of home décor lighting design,they know the way to make it.
Q9: Do you have UL/CUL /CE/ SAA/SASO /PSE certificate?
Yes,we have UL/CE/SASO/SAA certificate for both portable lamps and fixed luminaires.
Q1: What’s your main products category?
Interior decorative table lamp, floor lamp, pendant lamp and chandelier,wall lamp,all kinds of lampshades, home décor and accessories, etc.
Q2: What’s the main materials of your products?
The main materials of our products are solid crystal glass, nature stone, brass and steel. We have established crystal glass factory and hardware factory, and we developed supply chains for nature stone, mable, alabaster.All the materials are under close inspection & management.
Q3: What’s your quality standard?
Our high-quality standard is achieved, with solid crystal glass/brass/stone materials and a strict quality control system. Our products are sold to places like the High point/Harrods/Home design centers with a good price performance ratio.
Q4: Can you make some change of the lamp based on my requirement/idea?
Yes,we can make some change according to your requirement, but we require a MOQ of 24sets, because we need to revise the drawing and change the structure,therefore the cost is quite high for a small quantity. Please advise your idea of the changes then we can check and requote you the price.
Q5: Can I print my LOGO on the products and cartons?
Yes. Please inform us formally and confirm the design with us base on the sample before production.
Q6: Can I change the metal finish/ shade color?
Yes,the metal finish/shade color can be changed.Our color book for metal finish/shade color is enclosed here,please check and confirm to us which color you prefer. The price and delivery time would change due to the different techniques and cost of each metal finish. We appreciate your understanding.
Q7: Can I have the harp and finial system?
Yes,we can make it with harp and finial system, we understand they are required for the US market, so we have quoted the price for the harp and finial system at the very beginning.Please don’t worry about it.
Q8: What’s the bulb and plug type you use for your products?
As the lamps are used in the US market, we would use the E26 bulb and Type-A plug to make the production strictly according to the UL standard. We will use the corresponding bulbs and plugs according to the requirements of different markets.
Q9: Can you make customized item according to my design?
Sure. We could customize exactly as per your design or sample. Our R&D department supports the development of customized products. We have customized products for many well-known brands from Europe and America.We also provide copyright protection so your design will be sold exclusively.
Q10: How’s your packing? Can pass the drop test?
All our lamps are packed with at least 8kg PE foam and K=K 150kg carton box.They are well protected from 4 sides.A protect angle bead will be added for the air shipment, and they will be packed with pallets as required for LCL shipment.We will improve the packing to well protect the lamps to ensure that you receive them in their a perfect conditions.
Q11: How can you control your quality?
We established a quality control department and professional QA team during production. A special QC would inspect the goods you ordered and share a photo inspection report with you before shipment. Your order will be 100% inspected before shipment.
Q12: What’s warranty for your products?
We offer 5 years warranty for our products’ main function.During the guarantee period, we can give a perfect solution based on facts.Your choices include renewal part, exchange goods and refund...
Q13: How will you deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send the spare parts for replacement, or new lamps with a new order of small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution according to the real situation. Brilliant always takes its responsibility to be a credible &safe cooperator.
PART3：About Business Terms
Q1: What’s your MOQ?
Usually, it’s 12 sets for the chandelier and 24sets for the table lamp.
However, the quantity is negotiable according to your actual status.We also accept trial orders.
Q2: What’s your trade terms? / Can you quote FOB price?
We accept Ex-works trade term for sample orders or LCL orders,and FOB\CIF\CFR\DDU for container orders.We also accept other trade terms by negotiating. We offer FOB services for orders more than USD5,000.
Q3: What’s your payment terms?
We accept T/T, L\C at sight, through Ali Trade Assurance, PayPal and Western Union. Usually,we require a 30% deposit within 3 days once the order is confirmed ,and the 70% balance should be paid before shipment. We also accept other payments by negotiating.
Q4: What’s your lead time?
It’s about 2-3 weeks for sample orders and 5-8 weeks for container orders. The delivery time is based on the quantity.
Q5: Can I get a sample?
Sure, a sample test before an order is accepted.The lead time for sample order is about 2-3 weeks.
Q6: Can I have your e-catalog?
Sure.We will send our e-catalog to your email when we receive your company name and email address. Moreover, we can send you our printed catalogue(print collect) if requested as well. Q7: How long will you launch new designs?
Our design team makes sure that the designs are monthly updated. We provide our customers with our new designs for appreciation and choices every month.
Q8: When I can get your quote after my inquiry?
For Brilliant series items, the price will be quoted within 4 hours during working time;
For customized items, the price will be quoted within 36 hours after inquiry. Depending on the difficulty of product structure, there may be tolerance in time.
PART4：About Market Exclusive Protection
Q1: Can Brilliant Items be exclusive in my market?
We will provide market exclusive protection if the order quantity is more than 100 sets per unit in half a year. The quantity is negotiable according to your actual status and our market positioning and sales objectives.
That is to say, we will give priority to the important cooperative customers. We reserve the right to sell our products to other customers once you hardly sell or stop selling them in the future.
For some of the contracted partners(VIP cooperative partners), we provide comprehensive protection for the contract period(At least one year).
Q2 Can you provide us with patent protection once we start custom business cooperation?
We have customized products for many well-known brands from Europe and America.We have worked together to develop thousands of lighting and accessories. These items will only be sold to them. At the same time, there is a “Non Disclosure Agreement on product patents and market protection” between us. We welcome similar ways of cooperation and joint development of items in unique styles based on our manufacturing advantages. We also provide such market protection.
